An invoice will be issued upon receipt of your registration form. Please note that the Terms and Conditions listed below will apply once the invoice has been sent to you.
Terms and Conditions
- Full attendance fee applies if cancellation is made after 14 April 2026. Substitutions are allowed.
- If payment is not received by 30 April 2026, the booking will be automatically cancelled
- Payment is due 4 weeks before the Convention.
- The individual completing registration is personally liable for payment if the employer does not pay.
- Accommodation bookings and payments must be made directly with the hotel.
- All extras during your stay are for your own account.
- Spouses/partners registered as such:
- May attend the Spouse Programme.
- May not attend the Conference.
- Delegates may not attend the Spouse Programme.
- Once an invoice has been issued, these Terms & Conditions apply.
