A prolific writer and commentator, Prince has written articles for South Africa’s top newspapers, including the Sunday Times, Sunday Independent, Business Day, Sowetan, and others. In a previous life, our guest was the speech-writer for, among others, the SA Presidency and the Pan-Africa Parliament and the CEO of the Institute for Public Dialogue. Other interesting extracts from his CV include Head of the Crime, Justice and Politics Programme at the Institute for Security Studies, and Executive Director of the Centre for Politics and Research. He has a Master’s Degree in Political Studies from Rhodes and an Honours degree in Political Studies and a BA Degree from the University of Venda. Musa Ndlovu is the National Secretary of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI). He holds BProc and LLB Law degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (formerly known as University of Natal), a Management Advancement Programme (MAP) with Wits Business School, as well as an Executive Excellence Leadership Programme with the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Tanya Venter is an Advocate of the High Court and CEO of Tokiso Dispute Settlement (Pty) Ltd. Tanya specialises in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and dispute systems design. She has deep experience as an accredited commercial mediator, facilitator and arbitrator. Tanya chairs the Environmental Monitoring Committee at Medupi and is also a mediator and arbitrator on the dispute resolution panel of the Department of Environmental Affairs. She is currently part of the Mediator Training faculty for Conflict Dynamics.

Sarah is a speaker and associate at the Digital Law Company, South Africa’s thought leader in all matters related to social media and the law. At the Digital Law Company, Sarah’s practice areas include reputation management, crisis management and communication, all aspects of social media law and assisting victims of revenge porn and cyberbullying. She gives talks at schools and corporates across the country on the legal, reputational and disciplinary risks of using social media. Sarah is passionate about all forms of communication, specifically digital communication, and about educating others in using social media most effectively and safely. Prior to joining the Digital Law Co., Sarah spent five years running the strategic communications and donor relations for African Leadership Academy (ALA), a pan-African leadership academy for talented youth from across the continent. In this role, Sarah crafted communication and stakeholder engagement strategies for ALA’s global network of high-profile donors and partners, and also served in a legal advisory capacity. Sarah is an admitted attorney and completed her articles at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs where she dealt with a wide range of commercial and litigious matters. Rhodes University graduate, Tony joined the Industry in 1979. After many years in operations he was tasked with IR responsibilities in UTI SA. This involved and included the NBCRFLI, B-BBEE, SETA landscape and learnerships development with the QCTO. Tony currently consults industry on all matters B-BBEE and Skills Development. He also still serves as a Member of the RFA Labour Relations Executive Committee.

Additionally, he is the founder of Everyday Speak, which is a company that is focused on encouraging social cohesion, through mother-tongue promotion and language-learning.
